Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me with the stipulation that my name be put on the registration as well as the title We did receive paperwork from [redacted] recently that they asked me to sign and I did sign it and sent it back to them, but it didn't seem to have anything to do with puting my name on the titleIn fact it had to do with giving them an interest in the vehicle to do with the financing of it and to do with giving them an interest in the insurance of it that we have on the vehicle This is realy confusing us now as we did finance the vehicle with them from the very beginning so they would already have an interest in it as far as we know They handled the financing I will accept my name on the title as resolving this problem with them but I also want my name on the registration No corrected title or registration has been issued by them to us As far as we know [redacted] doesn't issue titles to potential owners on vehicles that are financed until the vehicle is paid for I would like to see a copy of the corrected title also Also they have my husband's last name spelled differently as [redacted] instead of [redacted] that he and I were married with years ago as and that he goes by for just about everything I don't have any ID on me that proves I am [redacted] as I have never gone by that spellingMy name is [redacted] I [redacted] I have a marriage certificate in that name to him and all of my ID is in that name His name is [redacted] * [redacted] , but he has also has gone by [redacted] in the past so he is known by both spellings Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me with the stipulation that my name be put on the registration as well as the title. We did receive paperwork from [redacted] recently that they asked me to sign and I did sign it and sent it back to them, but it didn't seem to have anything to do with puting my name on the title. In fact it had to do with giving them an interest in the vehicle to do with the financing of it and to do with giving them an interest in the insurance of it that we have on the vehicle. This is realy confusing us now as we did finance the vehicle with them from the very beginning so they would already have an interest in it as far as we know. They handled the financing. I will accept my name on the title as resolving this problem with them but I also want my name on the registration. No corrected title or registration has been issued by them to us. As far as we know ** doesn't issue titles to potential owners on vehicles that are financed until the vehicle is paid for. I would like to see a copy of the corrected title also. Also they have my husband's last name spelled differently as [redacted] instead of [redacted] that he and I were married with 35 years ago as and that he goes by for just about everything. I don't have any ID on me that proves I am [redacted] as I have never gone by that spelling. My name is [redacted] I. [redacted]. I have a marriage certificate in that name to him and all of my ID is in that name. His name is [redacted]. [redacted], but he has also has gone by [redacted] in the past so he is known by both spellings.
