As per our conversation the client agreed on receiving a $dollar credit which was the difference in the overcharged priceWe are unable to provide a full refund because the services were rendered to her and she was dropped off to her destination safely, adding that it was a very difficult day to provide car transportation during the snowstorm Jonas and the Mayor had declared the city in a state of emergencySeaman tried to provide the client the best service possible during these conditions

miscommunication between the driver and the passenger. This is not what represents Seaman as a company nor our drivers. Seaman has agreed to credit back the customer, she has not yet claimed her money.
