Seaman did not agree to refund my credit. They agreed to refund me a $5.00 credit. The driver charged me $30.00 above that of a normal ride.

miscommunication between the driver and the passenger. This is not what represents Seaman as a company nor our drivers. Seaman has agreed to credit back the customer, she has not yet claimed her money.
