Review: Last year I had water damaged to my bathroom ceiling due to roof vent leakage so I decided to have roof redone I live in a mobile home. I called the roofers ( the roofologist) to come and make the necessary repaires and to recoat my roof, because it needed it.EWhat started out to be a 1,500.00 project went to 3,100 project. They did a roof repair and coating system on it with a 15 yrs guarantee on it.This was done 3/22/2013.I had called a contractor to come and redo my bathroom and in stall a new ceiling, whilt he was doing the ceiling installation he noticed the pink insulation was damp and told me I should get in contact with the roofers to have it fixed or my ceiling would wind up damaged again.I called them and they were sapposta come out.I called them twice be fore they got back to me.Finally on may 1st they called and said they would come out wed may 7th in the am. they didn't show or call. My husband called last nite and they said they would be out at 10:00 am may 8th. they have yet to call or show up.I f this isn't resolved asap. I will turn to legal advice. I wantthis matter solved!!Desired Settlement: I want them to honor their guarantee and fix my vent leak!
