It is never our intention to send unwanted mail to anyone, however, it seems we are in a little bit of an uncontrollable situation.? There are two types of mailers that we send out from time to time.? The first type of mailer is to our data base (which it appears *** ** *** is not a
part of).? These mailers go to anyone in our data base that has done business at Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford in the past.? It is very simple to remove someone from that mailing list but again that? does not seem to be the situation.? The second type of mailer is what is called a saturation mailer where every mailbox in a particular zip code gets a mailer.? I spoke with the company we? primarily use? for this type? of mailer and they confirmed they cannot? remove an individual address for a saturation mailer.? *** *** I have had other companies say that they could not remove my info from their records, but they did find a wayThis really is an invasion of privacy that they continue to send me junk mailI do no business with them, never willI want to be removed from the list

At this time we will be mailing back all related documents that the customer has asked for in his resolutionWe will be retaining copies of all documents related to the attempt made to obtain financing for the customer as we are required to do so by federal lawIn regards to? the
customer's? complaint as to not using his pre-approval we attempted to, but the vehicle requested by the customer and the information provided to the lender were not compliant with the lender's policy's

When we received the vehicle, the customer had replaced the ignition switch and had one key.? The steering column trim was left off when the vehicle arrived at? the service department and? there was no? battery in the? truck.? We advised Mr *** that we would have to
cut another key in order to program.? After we cut another key and programmed? the? keys to the truck the vehicle would not turn over.? Upon further investigation we found the starter battery cable was disconnected, intake air tube was off and the mass air flow sensor was disconnected, instrument cluster was inoperable? and someone had added wiring that appeared to not belong.? This lead us to believe the vehicle had been worked on somewhere else.? The service advisor asked Mr*** what all had been done to the vehicle and was informed only the ignition switch? had been replaced.? After both components were replaced the vehicle would turn over but had a massive fuel leak under the driver side of the cab.? We advised Mr*** there were several issues going on with his truck.? When Mr*** picked his keys up, we showed him where the fuel leak was.? The leak was so severe the fuel was not reaching the fuel line at the injectors and the engine would not start.? The original cost for this repair was $789.? We adjusted the price down to the cost of the pats module, transceiver and hour labor of $due to the fact that we had the vehicle for a while trying to track down? what ended up being several other issues.?
