Horrible service. I ordered crack sealing and coating for my driveway. They missed my appointments twice and kept me waiting for them without showing up or calling me.

They finally came after I called them a couple of times asking why they miss appointments. However the sealer started cracking in just two days. They would not come to fix it even though they claimed that their service had warranty. They said they would come to fix my driveway every time I called them but they simply never came back.

Definitely avoid those guys.

In May 2013, Smooth Sealing sealed my driveway. In the process, they sprayed sealant all over the shed which still remains despite my complaint.On May 14, 2013, Smooth Sealing sealed my driveway and was paid by check in the amount of $365 for services rendered. In the process of sealing the driveway, they sprayed sealant all over the front of the shed. I called the [redacted], [redacted] at [redacted] who assured me that his men would clean it up. After several phone calls to [redacted] I over a period of 7 weeks, I still have sealant on my shed. When I agreed to hire Smooth Sealing to seal my driveway, [redacted] assured me that the job would be well done and we would be very pleased with their service. I am not pleased at all. When a service is rendered it should be without damage to my property. I should hope that [redacted] takes this matter seriously and agrees to accept his responsibility for the employees' actions.Desired SettlementI am seeking the removal of the sealant without further damage to the vinyl. Since the sealant has settled there of almost 2 months, it might be difficult to remove it. If it cannot be removed, I wish to receive replacement cost (materials and labor).
