In regards to this customer, I really do not understand why the people are acting like this This unit was given to this customer last year free of charge [redacted] came into the store and made a scene in front of staff and customers demanding a new unitNot a moment of talking about the problem with the unitThey were also asking for a loaner vac but we were all out at the time which made him more angryWe told him we were sending it up to the manufacturerAt this point he tore out of our parking lot like a mad manOn Tuesday we called to tell them we had a loaner and that their unit was sent to the manufacturer to be inspectedHe also stated in his letter to you that there were different parts installed in the unitWe never worked on this unitThe manufacturer modified this unit but never changed the instruction bookletWhich is where I think [redacted] believes there are different partsWe have decided to give them a new unit even after the ugly incident out of good faithHowever they are not answering our phone calls anymore

This unit was given to this customer last year free of charge. [redacted] came into the store and

with the unit. They were also asking for a loaner vac but we were all out at the time which made him more angry.
We told him we were sending it up to the manufacturer. At this point he tore out of our parking lot like a mad man.
On Tuesday we called to tell them we had a loaner
and that their unit was sent to the manufacturer to be inspected. He also stated in his letter to you that
there were different parts installed in the unit. We never worked on this unit. The manufacturer modified this unit but never changed the
instruction booklet. Which is where I think [redacted] believes there are different parts. We have decided to give them
a new unit even after the ugly incident out of good faith. However they are not answering our phone calls anymore.
Paid for my pool opening on December 8, 2015 and requested opening date of Friday, May 20,216. They called a few months ago and said that date works. They even called the day before the opening and said they will be out on Friday as requested.
Friday comes and goes, no pool opening, no call. So Saturday I call at 1pm, and they tell me their crew is done for the day and they should be out on Monday. No apology, no discount offered. Come on people, pick up the phone and let customers know when you plan to NO SHOW and at least say when you plan to show up. Now instead of cleaning my pool and deck over the weekend I get to do it after work….That is if they every show up! We will see.

Review: Received a new aquabot pool cleaner and it did not work from day one correctly.They have repaired my aquabot pool cleaner numerous times, and each time they take it to fix, it takes several weeks only to have it not work. Janis the manager/president and [redacted] stated they Will not replace it for a new one. The summer pool season is only about 4 months long. They said they will repair this one again but said would not know when it will be ready as they are extremely busy. I looked up the manual and the diagrams for that unit had different pieces installed. I feel they have modified the unit. That could be reason it never worked correctlyDesired Settlement: Should receive a new product of same make and model
