Review: [redacted] took $700 deposit to complete the rough plumbing for our half bath on July 21, 2014. He never completed the job. We canceled the job once we realized he misrepresented himself and he didn't have a plumbing license require to obtain the proper permits. My husband called him to cancel the job & he explained he used the money to pay his mortgage & he would give us $200 cash next week. He has not made any attempt to return our deposit.Desired Settlement: $700
