Mr.*** called in on 08/04/for a diagnostic on his Ac system not coolingI sent our technician Wilmer to his residenceOnce Wilmer arrived another company had already gone out and fixed his issueThe customer never called to cancel out his service call and I spoke with him an hour before
Wilmer arrived and he did not mention that he had another company on the way as wellWilmer collected the trip fee and talked with Mr.*** about the system and Mr.*** paid for the service fee.
