Review: Earlier this month I traveled from the Bronx because I was told by a friend that this Bagel store had the best whitefish salad and accepted all competitors coupons. As I was in line the [redacted] woman serving me saw I had a coupon. She told me "no coupons are accepted". The sign in the window still says they accept all competitors coupons. I was the only woman of color in the store and this could even be a civil rights violation.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor my coupons when I present them always. Also I would like maybe some sort of store credit for travel time, gas and tolls from the Bronx and back.

Review: This store has a sign in the window stating "We honor all competitors coupons".I visited this store and the manager in charge refused to honor a competitors coupon more than once a month in May 2015. I visited this store with a different store coupon and the manager in charge refused to honor my coupons from any store more than once a month in May 2015.The next month, Friday, June **, 2015, I came in and the manager stated they would not honor any of my coupons everThe sign is still there "We honor all competitors coupons".Desired Settlement: I want them to honor the sign "We honor all competitors coupons" each and every time I present them (or at least once a month for each different coupon).I also drove there 3 times for nothing one hour each round trip. They should give me $1,000 credit in merchandise for my time driving, waiting in line, the humiliation of having to take back the merchandise in front of a dozen customers each time.I am a retired disabled US Navy veteran.THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
