this patient was bright alert and responsive when we saw him. This owner took her dog to the emergency room on July 11, 2015. As she states, we saw her dog on 7/3/15. The dog became clinically ill 1 week later. As for the comments on what the emergency veterinarian said, I talked to them and they adamantly deny any such conversation. My staff are all very upset by these accusations as they feel they went above and beyond for this client and patient. In fact, a recheck exam was offered on 7/11/15 but was declined.
