Exterior painting of home not done per contract Sloppy work on what was done No communication between owner and workers and owner disappeared
Contract signed on 1/29/16, prepared by *** *** The contract clearly states painting of entire home exterior, including vinyl siding, wood, aluminum, stucco, shutters and awnings Contract also states scraping and caulking to be done as well as a primer coat and two paint coats The workers spray painted one coat with no primer They did not caulk or scrape, only power washed, which lead to a mess afterward including water in the home Owner explained that his company works from - as to not wake up the neighborhood Workers arrived right after am, did not cover areas correctly or adequately and seemed to have no idea as to what was discussed on the contract When I called the owner to discuss issues, he had his painter return my call When I called again to have him come assess the work, I told him that I thought as the own
