Review: Placed the order with this company on April the [redacted] paid extra to have my product expedited on April the [redacted] my products still hadn't been delivered I call this company they assured me that it would be delivered ASAP I've given them ample time called again on April the [redacted] day off shirt me they were going to investigate it see what was going on on April [redacted] they stop answering the phone call again April [redacted] they will not answer the phone last numerous messages no one has returned my calls email them know where it turns my call at this point I would just like to have my money back the books were shipped to the apartment of Corrections in North Carolina I'm in constant contact with them to see when the books were delivered again this is May [redacted] and they still have not been deliveredDesired Settlement: at this point I would just like to have my money back I try to resolve this issue with them and they refused to talk with me or even contact
