The owner of this company never addressed a "mouse infestation"; tried to take advantage of two young *** students who had to endure mice scurrying across the kitchen floors and above their heads in the bedrooms at night. We, as parents complained for many months about the problem and very little was done to take care of it. The girls moved out after the first semester and are now commuting to ***. Horrible customer service. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Owner is incredibly rude! Never received one of my roommates checks but instead of contacting us, waited a month to inform us and tried to collect extra late fees. when we called to explain our situation we were met with yelling and finger pointing. wouldn’t let us get a word in edgewise, took no responsibility and is just a rude and scheming company. total scammers just trying to take advantage of college students! disgusting!!!
