We have been in contact with the customer of this complaint, and have come to a conclusion which the customer was made well aware of. After further inspection , the photos of our rooms submitted to [redacted] .com are not inaccurate by any means, they are exactly as they appear on the website....

Therefore, we do not see a reason for a refund to be issued. We have explained to the customer our cancellation policy, and the details of the customer agreement signed at the time of check in. the customer is well aware of the result of this issue and has been notified as of Thursday, September 21, 2017.  Thank You

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I have chosen to simply not do business going forward with them and I have photos that do not show the condition of the room as they stated, but they are a truely unprofessional business in trying to get in touch with for any reason at all.  Management can't make decisions on their own.
