I tried to call and cancel Hotel reservations that was made for August 3-5, 2018. I first contacted Expedia which made the reservations for me, but they had to contact the Hotel to confirm the cancellations first b/c they wanted to make sure that their wouldn't be a pendality. The Customer service rep came back to the line stating the manager "Shawn" was very rude and started yelling once she explained to him the nature of the call. So she in-turn wanted me to try and call him and see if I could speak with him myself about the current situation on why I needed to cancel. I called the hotel and spoke with the clerk "Jennifer" and she said that Shawn was not in, but she will relay the message I needed to him. I explained the situation to her about some of the persons traveling with us were younger and didn't have their parent consent to go and stay in the hotel without proper adult supervision and I'm sure that it was against the law to have minors staying there. She became very rude, stating that she wasn't the one that booked the reservations and that we should have been made aware of their policy and she isn't the one that does reservations and she said if I din't understand that, she was getting ready to hang up b/c she was done talking. So I continued to try to explain to her that I needed to speak to the manger right away and if she continued to be rude and aggressive with her tone, I was going to speak to someone as far as filing a complaint and even speaking with the Revdex.com. And she was unaware that I could hear her manger on the other phone next to her answering a call, saying his name on the phone. And when I told her that I could hear her manager standing next to her, she immediately hung up the phone on me!

Refund I would like for my reservation to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded without penalties, b/c I cancelled in enough time for no penalty to be charged. I would also like a formal apology from the manager on how her front desk spoke to me and hung up.

Mrs. booked a nonrefundable rate plan as listed when booking the room. Upon informing her there would be a penalty to cancel she became angry with us, using the Revdex.com as a threat. as she clearly states in her complaint
