Review: Booked ocean front hotel room for relaxing family vacation. Room was over nightclub with uninhabitable noise and vibration levels. Family also had second room. Offered to combine all family members in single room for the night (1st night of planned four night stay) and requested refund for uninhabitable room for that one night. Owner smugly responded, "why would I lose the revenue?" Had no choice but to leave hotel. No other accommodation available. Returned home, vacation ruined, children in tears and out $800 to sleazy, heartless hotel operator.Desired Settlement: Seeking refund and seeking to warn others so they do not suffer the same terrible treatment and ruined vacation.
