Sea Ketch Restaurant

On Sunday, August 14 at approximately 6-7pm, I visited Sea Ketch for dinner with friends. We originally sat at the top deck but because the full meal menu wasn't disclosed we were advised to go to the floor below us. The waitress that was serving us was even kind enough to help us with our waters and appetizers. Now we move to the lower deck of the restaurant and once again we're told the full menu is not in that area but to visit the dining section. So once again we move to another section of the restaurant. When we get to the dining section we sat ourselves not realizing we had to wait to be seated. We're siting down for about 10-15 mins before one of the hostess comes over to us and says they need to sit us. At that point we just spent 30 minutes so far being moved around. So finally I approached the manager named Ashley and address the situation making her aware that were moved around a lot in a span of 30 minutes. Her reply was simply "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I found it absurd that someone working in customer service and a manager a that would say that. I was so shocked that I just went back to my table without saying anything further. She then follows me to my table and tells me and the rest of my party that "We should wrap this up and leave." My experience in the restaurant was absolutely horrible. Even if there was nothing that she can do, Ashley could've handled the situation much better than what she did.
