All I can say to this complaint is this is non-senseI have a signed contract with her signature for a shingles roof, also a signed contract for extra materials that were used for the jobA signed contract is a legal contractI would prefer that I get paid for the work that has been completed

As stated in the complaint, the homeowner did receive over half of the down payment, that was made when they signed the contract to have the siding installed. The siding was a special order, meaning, a refund will not be given for any reason, even if the customer no longer wants the job to be done....

We are still responsible for the order and as we had no use for this particular product, we no longer have it. They defaulted on the contract they signed after the special order was placed. As for delivering the material, it's not a general practice of ours, with a signed contract in place. Furthermore, I question why the complaint was made 1 year after the actual date of contact, regarding this manner and our business.
