SE pools has been servicing our pool for approximately nine months.Four months in , I had a concern and I addressed it with Andrew the pool tech He got very defensive when I confronted himWith a concern we had He was very unprofessional and use profanity,Concerned, we callled Justin the owner, and he said that Andrew had went to him saying that he didn't think we were happy with his serviceWe agreed that he would send a new technician Roger out to replace Andrew and we would continue to use His company to service our pool needs Not being at our home you're around, we recently had some security cameras installed June 5, after reviewing the video we witnessed Roger using his cell phone to video our pool area, as well as sitting at our table using his cell phoneThey fill out a weekly slip listing services rendered, and chemicals added It was clear from watching the video that Roger didn't add any chemicalsHowever he filled out a slip with chemical levels that didn'
