Customer ordered a non stock, custom made block which takes to weeks to be made. Ms*** was told about this timeline when the block was ordered. Production schedules at our plants on custom orders are first come, first scheduled. If the customer needed the block
by a specific date, they should have ordered the block two months out before it was needed on the job site. On 5/29/18, we told the customer that we were canceling the order and issuing a refund since the block had not been made yet. Ms*** repeatedly asked us not to cancel the order Please see attached email chain where the customer has asked us not to cancel the order.
