S.E. Habitat

Review: My name is [redacted] and I have a complaint about my home builder S.E. Habbitat. My complaint is that my driveway in my house its all cracked. My home just got built last summer. I already spoke and told the person whos in charge of the company several times. I told him on September of 2013. He said he would take care of it and fix it. He always tells me the same thing. I know I have not taken care of it but we will get it done. He is also always make up a bunch of excuses. I've been nothing but nice to the guy. Everytime I make my house payment I always remind them and they say we are on it. My back patio is also starting to crack and my side walk too. I have giving them a lot of time to solve the problem and nothing has been done since September of 2013.Desired Settlement: I know he is gonna have to spend a lot of money to fix the problem but that is not my problem. All I want is for the company to fix all this. My house came with 1 yr warranty. That warranty expires on August 1, 2014. I have two months till it expires
