Review: I am volunteering as a bookkeeper for [redacted]'s [redacted] in Elgin ND. On 8/21/2012 [redacted]'s ordered $528.90 worth of products from SDS Tools in Spokane, and paid for them with a Visa card. When the package arrived, it was missing 20 6-1/2 X 24 T Saw Blades @ 6.99 each worth $139.80 (item #[redacted]) and 20 Oldham 7-1/4" X 24 Tooth Carbide Saw Blades @ 4.99 each worth $99.80 (item# [redacted]) for a total of $239.60. [redacted] the owner of [redacted]'s [redacted] call and was told the item were on back order. He called again a month later and was told the blades had been shipped. When no blades arrived, he called again and was told they were shipped to the wrong place. Since that time The company has refused to reship the blades, saying that they shipped them and refusing to refund any of the payment. I started volunteering as bookkeeper in June 2013. I personally called SDS on 8/15/2013 at 1:34 pm Mountain Time. The man I spoke to knew of the situation I was referring to as soon as I mentioned [redacted]'s name. He assured me that He would personally go to the warehouse that afternoon and ship the blades by the next afternoon. Still nothing. I sent them a message on their facebook page on 9/13/2013 @9:14 am asking once again if we could settle the matter without having to take it any further. Still no reply from themDesired Settlement: We would like to have one of two results:1. We would like to receive the saw blades that we paid $239.60 for 13 months ago along with an apology.or2. We would like a full refund of the $239.60 the we paid this company 13 months ago along with an apology

On 8/21/2012 [redacted] from [redacted] did purchase said items. On 8/30/12 the blades that they say are missing where shipped tracking # 9434611201080120351634. I have attached a copy of the purchase order for the blades and the shipping receipt. This is not the first time this company has called and complained about not receiving products. In the past we have sent out double shipments of tools, alleged not to be received. wedid receive a call from [redacted], and the lady was told that we would look into the situation and We would return the call. After we checked our records and verified that said products where shipped, a call was made and message was left giving them the information that the items where infact shipped.our company makes every attempt to satisfy customers but when customers continue to try to defraud us by alleging not to receive there product and then requesting more products for free, We cease to do business with them. We feel that we have full filled our part and that the complaint is unfounded, and that we should not have to send more product or refund any monies.
