This company installed a high end pool 12 months ago. I have been seeking a repair to the high level drain system for the past 5 months. Staff has been on site to try and fix the problem to no avail. Since then we have placed at least 10 phone and text calls to the owner Dante R and he never once returns these calls.
The pool is not operating in the manner which I paid for it to do so.
After paying $200,000 for the pool, I do not expect to in the rain attaching a hose to the filter to lower the water level and keep the pool from overflowing.

Repair Send somebody to whom we can communicate with in English and fix the problem which must be a clogged overflow drain line.
