12/28/3:pm telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated they did a $8,job for $3,500.The company stated they cut down 3- foot maple trees, 1-foot pine tree, trimmed a large tree in the front and although the contract stated they don't remove the
debris, the did.The company stated they did more than what was specified in the contract which caused them to get behind with work for other customers. The company stated all that's left is a tree in the front that needs trimmed.The company stated they verbally told the consumer that they can still trim the tree but it will have to be done after the busy season to allow them time to catch up with other work. The company stated the consumers name is on the schedule, they are the 5th one and they should be able to come and trim the tree in weeks

I called Amanda and left a voicemail late in the day, she responded via text saying that the Revdex.com never said anything, yet she said my refund is coming. I laugh. So, this is unresolved still.
