Review: the company says on its 30.00 rate plan that it is unlimted talk and txt and 500 mb of data , last month they cut my txting off because of excessive txting and then this month my data was cut off at 175 mb of data and now today my txt cut off agan , they are lieiing that its unlimted txting and amount of data they cut you off for any reason . and want you to pay another month to turn it back on thats wrong no where in the info does it say that txt is not umlimited. please help.Desired Settlement: I want my last month months credited and the issue corrected or I will request the FTC to get involved andd I will press for a law suite.

Review: I prepaid for service with this company and the service was cut off three days after. I called to request information and the representative told me they they don't keep records of the customer's phone calls. The customer rep. also stated the she will start an investigation and then she will call me. This was the 9 rep. I talked to. After 2 weeks without service or contact with the company that took my money I decided that it would be good if somebody should look into this business.Desired Settlement: I need the money I paid for the service I did not receive.
