About weeks later, on February my laundry was returned to me Again I discovered another instance of a dress shirt torn in several places I again confronted the manager about this, and complained that I was not informed by Anton's that the ddamage had occured She again offered me a credit, but I stated that I wanted a cash refund because I no longer wanted to do business with them because of the continuing damage and the fact that they did not acknowledge the damage until I confronted them
