Review: I got a product from this company, because the sells person named [redacted] told me than I can return it whenever I wanted to. When she run my credit card I told her I did not want it because I changed my mind! And she said no I can't retuned the money... I have the product closed sealed the way I got it but she refused to give me my money back... She told me I can change my mind when ever I wanted to... She even gave me a gift... And she stated " if you don't want the product we will give you your money back and you can even keep the gift"! I don't want the gift or the product, I just want my money back! Please help me on this matter!Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and I want to return the product. The person who sell the product to me lied immediately ! Please help me to get my money back.. I'm willing to return the product. This is fraud!Thank you

Our polices is that we not making refunds only exchanging the products ,

In this case the customer took the product and use them and came beck to return used products after she try them I check it with my employee and she never say to the Costomer that she can return them whenever she want and speacialy she didn't mansion to her that she can keep the gifts.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience if the customer but this is our police and this is the best I can do for her

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does not will be consider this complaint resolved. The person named [redacted] is not telling the true... I have never used the products. I tried to returned it at the same day of the purchase and they told me to return the next day and I did. The lady who sold the product to me never showed me the receipt telling me it was a final sale or told me ... Instead she stapled the second receipt with the printing saying that it was a final sale, but after she ran my credit card. She lied to me....you need to help me a have a witness and I can show the receipt two receipts she gave me. She never said or show me that it was a final sale... Please help me I can show you the evidence.. This person is totally a liar!
