These people don't pay there vendors for repair services provided for properties managedYou can submit all the invoices you want as they will just blow you off hoping you will go awayThis is obviously why they constantly move there office often to keep the vendors away where payments are dueOur advise, get your money up front or you will have the same experience

On 12/19/we retained the property management services of Dynamic Management Group to manage our property located at *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** On 12/18/we signed an acknowledgement that the agreement was moved to SD Realty and Management Inc as part of their acquisition of Dynamic Managment GroupOn 8/17/we provided the day notice to terminate property management agreement which was confirmed by SD Realty and Management Inc via email same daySince we never received the the security deposit post termination of the contract we contacted SD Realty via email on 2/22/with no responseWe contacted them again on 3/and they thought it had been mailed out in but would investigateOn 3/they informed us they would issue another checkUpon multiple reminders Brian S*** (owner and President) informed on 3/20/that the deposit refund would be processedThis never happenedUpon multiple reminders (4/16, 5/and 5/3) I finally got another upd
