Review: I have a credit of $377 plus on file. I have since moved out of state and have asked for 3 months to get a refund. Starting in June, July, and three times in August I emailed and left messages for [redacted] the GM. The best reply he will give when he does respond is "I will get back to you and see what can be done" or "I have to check with the controller". The lack of communication is dragging this on needlessly and ineffectively.Desired Settlement: I would like a check sent to me for the full refund amount on file. I personally do not dive nor do I see it in my future. Offering to 'ship me any merchandise I may need' is not feasible.

Response:

On every invoice it clearly states there are no cash refunds. Exchange or in store credit only. Please refer to the attached receipts. This is the direct result of customers buying merchandise, using it and returning it once they have returned from their vacation. I don't recall the exact circumstances behind the customer returning their merchandise.

I am rejecting the response because my complaint was also do to lack of communication - not having the courtesy to get back with me after I was told someone would 'look into it' when asked about ever an exception to the rule.
