This customer did submit to be migrated to our newest version but is not willing to accept a new fax line to migrate.  This has caused the delay to be migrated to our new version as we have to wait for completion of our fax lines from one carrier to another.  Once this has...

completed customers requesting to migrate who need to keep their existing fax line with Sfax will be migrated to the new version.  
The fax delays that were experienced with the this customer today are not issues with Sfax specifically.  One of the attempts was unsuccessful and did attempt three times to transmit to the recipient.  Our service will make the first attempt and if not successful will reattempt six minutes later.  This will occur three times.  The faxes being transmitted all have transmitted at expected delivery times.  We are unable to deliver as soon as a fax is transmitted as we do have to attempt to connect to the recipient number.  
This customer submitted a support request to us today in regards to this issue.  Our support team responds within one business day to all support tickets generated.
