This company advertises certification for Scrum courses, however does not host them. They fail to contact the consumer or refund. I had registered for my *** as they included their information along with an image of Scrum Alliance which they falsely represented. I was unable to make contact or cancel enrollment months prior so I booked my travel. Day of I called as the class was not occurring and they claimed they forgot to inform participants. They stated in writing and via phone to expect a refund and have since ghosted. I believe this is intentional and false marketing for services they don’t have scheduled to provide.
