The customer had worn the items to his job and then asked me to accept them as a returnHe expected me to be able to sell them as new to someone else or return them to the manufacturer as defective He stated that he would have no problem returning items after wearing them and expect a full refund, underwear, a prom dress, etc He did not have all the item tags and no receipt with himThis customer refused to accept a gift certificate in the total amount of the items he had purchased and worn, which was offered to him even though it was unnecessary He threatened me with calling the policeI ended up giving him a refund on a cc card minus 20% restocking fee, which was also unnecessary on my part I do not carry cash in my store and would not offer that I am fully licensed and insured and am a well respected business in the community and with all our business partners and customers

She clearly doesn't want to resolve the matter, trying to defend her actions with out even proposing a offer. She's clearly not telling the truth about the situation either, I had receipts and she knows that. This is a childish game she's playing
