Review: On April 10th I went to scrubs and beyond in Monroeville Pa to purchase two sets of scrubs and a jacket. My workplace has a new system in place starting in June where all the nurses must where matching scrubs. I had a voucher for one hundred dollars supplied to me by my workplace. I purchase two sets of scrubs which covered the voucher and ordered a jacket through the store which was deducted from my work pay. I have a receipt proving all of this. However this is just a back story to what the real issue is. When I ordered the jacket in the store since they were out of stock I was told the jacket would be in in two weeks max. At the two week point I had received no word so I called to check on the order. I was told it was not in and I would be notified when it was. After a few days and still no word I called again and this time was told it can take two to three weeks. At the three week mark I once again called and was told that it was not in and that the manager would call me the following day. After two days of waiting I today went into the store location and spoke with the manager myself. There was no apology or explanation of why I received no phone call. Instead the manager seemed uninterested and could care less. So they tried to contact the vendor in front of me and had no luck. All the other orders from the vendor had dates received and shipped except for mine. But they couldn't tell me anything else except "maybe it was on back order". Here is why this is such a problem I have a certain time before I am required to use that jacket. I bought the product with the intent of having it in two weeks and it is already paid for. Most of all the customer service from the employees and especially the manager was horrible. I had to reach out four times with no luck. Manager never called me back. I had to finally go in myself to be met with no explanation or care. Still I have no understanding of where the jacket I paid for is. The manager seemed to not even care.Desired Settlement: I would like my jacket that I paid for. I also want it noted how bad the customer service was and that I had to call and go in person yet still have no answers. How can you not get in touch with the vendor you use? Why is there no trace of my tracking or anything if I have a receipt. Also I would have liked an actual phone call apoligizing that the ordre is not in or some form of update. If someone had called me and explained at any point that it was taking longer there would never have been an
