I hired the Scrubco cleaning service to clean windows and myhouse Estimate was sort off open ended
being told the Service would be around $400, give or take I agreed to their service Window Service: to be provided, screen cleaning: They brushed the screens off with a brush in my living room! Bonnie B[redacted] was referred to us by at realtor who we get referrals from all the time because of our reputable work.  Our quality policy is on our website, it states that if you are not completely satisfied we will come back with in 48 hours of your services and we will make sure you...

are satisfied.  Bonnie, however, didn't contact us about any complaints until 7/31/17 (as stated in her letter to the Revdex.com), the work was completed for her on 6/1/17.  When we mail our invoice looking for payment she called the office telling us about how unhappy with the home cleaning and as a courtesy we deducted $30 off the bill and she agree to pay.  All of these correspondence were done in a timely, professional manor. Than instead of mailing a payment she sent a letter with more complains and NEW mention of the broken pottery.  She seems to be doing all the tricks in the book to avoid payment.  We still need to collect $175 for the home cleaning or she will be sent to collections.  As for the window cleaning we did all the work in 6/1/17 she was not satisfied with a couple of things and we sent the crew right back and she made her payment.  This is a non-issue. Sincerely, Shannon F[redacted]Owner
