The environment was very user friendly. They provide a disenfectant spray that you can use on the the table/tub area before using to bathe your pet. They also offered a veriety of pet washes. There was even one that you could use for an animal that had been sprayed by a skunk. Very nice to know. They had gentle tears,conditioner,flea and tick, and a few others that I can't recall at the moment.
Overall, a very nice experience for all. The only draw back is that if your pet does not like the sound of a vaccumn you may want to being your own towel. They do sell microfiber ones in the vending (.quarters only) along with treats for your dog for $1 to $2. We will definately be going back.
