Scrub A Dub Wash 'N Lube

I was getting one of our vehicles washed at the Scrub A Dub on 12/8/12 on [redacted]. in [redacted], ** at around noon. I have used this car wash often and have never had a problem and I am well aware of how to manuever a car in the car wash. I was in the tunnel with the car, the 2003 Corolla, and a large truck was in front of me. I am absolutely certain that I had the car in neutral. I believe that the car went over a roller and collided with the trailer hitch of the truck in front of me. There was no damage to the truck but a large hole in the center of my bumper. We exchanged information, reported the occurance, and the manager stated they would pay for the damages. I went to get my wife and we returned to Scrub A Dub to get information in writing. The staff appeared unsure of what to do but the manager, [redacted], was called. At 1:15 PM ,he stated that Scrub A Dub would pay for all of the damages and to get an estimate. We proceeded to get an estimate for $808.76 from [redacted] at [redacted] and took the estimate to Scrub a Dub. Later in the day, another manager called and requested a second estimate. I took the car to [redacted] in [redacted] and got a second estimate for &650.00 and took the estimate to Scrub A Dub. Later that day, [redacted] called and stated that the check for the repairs would be ready on Monday. On 12/9/12, another manager left a message and stated that my wife and I needed to go look at the tape of the occurance. When we looked at it, it was clear that my car was in neutral and was catapulted to the end of the truck. The 2 staff at the Scrub A Dub, [redacted] and [redacted], appeared very arrogant, rude, and condescending. They implied that I lied and that I put the car in drive. They would not listen to my clear explanation. They stated that they were not going to pay for the damages to our car even after they promised to do so the day before. This is extremely poor customer service and obviously something is wrong with their equipment.
