Scrub a Dub Auto Wash Ctr

On 4/27/13 I took my 2011 Toyota Prius for a car wash, upon exiting the car wash I noticed deep scratches on the roof of the car. I complained to the attended who had me speak with the [redacted] who took pictures of my car and had me fill out a complaint form. I was then asked to get an estimate from an auto body shop and then they would get back to me. [redacted] got back to me yesterday and stated he needed to have his [redacted] advise him further and that they would get back to me today. Today I was told they do not feel they are responsible as their brushes do not move in the direction of the scratches, and I was invited to come down on Thursday between 8am and 3 pm to view the tunnel and have a tour. I explained that I am not interested in hearing of the nature of their operation, only in when I was going to be remunerated for the damages, which are estimated to be in excess of $750.00. Scrub a Dub has a guarantee of quality that protects vehichles for damages accept for antenna and roof racks. This is neither and I am somewhat frustrated that they are not honoring their quality guarantee.Product_Or_Service: Car washAccount_Number: N/ADesired SettlementAdequate compensation for Damages caused to my vehichle which prior to the wash was in near mint condition.Business' Initial Response We are aware of the customers complaint. We have spoken to him and responded in E-mails several times. He was at first refusing to come back to the wash and look at the equipment. In his last correspondence he has agreed to a meeting at the location. We will show him how the equipment works and why we don't think it could have happen here.Thank you.
