Scrub - A - Dub Auto Wash Center

On 1/22/13 I went to the ScrubaDub in Natick , MA. I paid $39.99 for an exterior wash and interior cleaning. The receipt says 1 interior and 1 the ultimate. And the service paper they give you states interior cleaning includes : vacuum carpet,mats, ashtray, clean windows and wipe door jambs, dashboard& console. Then under that it says Ultimate package: All of the above, works wash, carpet shampoo, may shampoo and amorall dash& tires.

I asked the attendant before I paid the $39.99 if they would wipe down the small pockets on my door. The attendant said yes. If you want amorall it's an extra $6. I stated "no". So I go through the wash and went into the interior section. They cleaned the car and pulled through to the outside. I went over and noticed the pockets were dirty and I asked to talk to the guy which he came over and said that they don't clean the small pockets because its not included. He was very mad and had an attitude. On the paper and the attendant said they would clean it. And I told him that. He said no it was not included. I pull over to the side and called inside and had a new manager come over to talk to me and he said no it wasn't included and he said he'll clean it this one time.

I have the pictures and receipt and paper stating how everything is included but they are not honoring what they say they are and the workers are very rude!
