Scripps Poway Hand Car Wash & Detailing

Review: I had been going to this place for over three years, but today will be my last visit. I watched many cars almost hit each other coming out of the car wash. When I gave them my car, I asked if today was busy and the guy said not more than normal. Normally for the basic car wash it takes me 15-20 minutes. Today took over an hour. When I asked for the manager, I saw that she was informed and then she proceeded to ignore me. When I approached her about the dried spots and fresh bird poop on my car because it wasn't dried promptly she told me "we're busy, things happen" and that the spots didn't come from their car wash. She never apologized and was very rude. She physically yelled at me and then stormed off.Desired Settlement: I would like a $19.99 refund and an apology for being yelled at in public by the manager.
