Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas

My 89-year-old mother received superior care from all staff and physicians at Scripps' Encinitas Emergency Care facility. She had fallen and fractured two ribs, and both the diagnostic services and attention from staff while she waited to be admitted to the hospital made me so grateful that she insisted on coming here.

Worst Ever! I have been trying for over a year to get billing questions answered only to be pushed off to someone else or not have my calls returned. The Billing department is very rude and unprofessional! The billing department refuses to meet with me to go over the bill! This bill would have been taken care of a long time ago if not for their not returning my calls or refusal to meet with me to go over the bill so I can understand it! They use codes on the bill that are not explained at all.
