Sorry to hear about this issueWe always strive to provide the best customer service possibleWhen our customers come in with their broken phones we inform them that we are only responsible for the problem that they have brought in the phone
for, if there is any other problems with the device we will not be responsibleFurthermore we never asked her to pay $** extra because of the size of the phoneshe had a broken front screen which we replaced, but she had some other issues with her phone that we fixed for her and only charge for the part not even for the laborWe usually give an estimate to the customer at the time when they drop off their phone, or in most cases we contact the customer if we find something extra damaged inside the phone which is not describe at time of drop off, and ask for approvalAnd we did the same in her caseWe also provide her a loaner phone while her phone was in process of repair and did not charge her anything for the loaner phone which is suppose to be $a day minimum, We will be more than happy to solve her problem, also we offer her $** credit in store to purchase any phone

I do not want any items from the storeAll I want is a refund because now my phone is no longer functionalSecondly, my phone was fully functional before handing it over to the establishment, upon pick up of the phone I had to pay $** EXTRA before I even realized there were any issues to bring to their attentionTherefore I paid $1** before noticing any problems, this is what I would like in return to put towards the purchase of a new phone
