Review: The website advertise shipping and handling $7.50 ups rate. However, when I received my invoice it was $11.80. When I called to inquire about the difference, I was told that because I had talked with a live representative [redacted] and completed my order through her that the shipping charge was what it actually cost. She said that the advertised $7.50 rate was because they had no way of knowing the actual cost when orders are not placed with a live person so they themselves make up the difference.Desired Settlement: When talking with [redacted] I was never told that, because I completed my order with her, I would be charged an 'actual cost'. It was only after my inquiry that I was informed of this information. Although an adjustment of $1.85 was eventually made, I want a full adjustment because that was not a proper way to do business.
