I'm returning my response to this letter sent by you concerning *** *** complaint When we had finished with *** *** Jeep all that was on the estimate He came back with some minor issues that was taking care of Once this was done it seemed every little thing that was
fixed at the time wasn't enough He came back and wanted me to fix rust work which we do not warrant But because its good business I fixed the problem anyway *** *** got more than what he paid for and then some I am very disappointed in him for getting the Revdex.com involved I never turn him away when he's had an issue with this Jeep No one would have treated this matter the way I did, they would have turn him down because no one warrants rust Had I known he wrote to the Revdex.com I would have let his Jeep set As far as my shop we did what he paid us to do and did it in a professional way. P.SHis Jeep has been ready for pick up the week of 3/6/for the very last time that we will work on it Today is 3/27/17*** ***
