Review: I placed an order with this company 6 wks ago. They deducted money from my account and stated in an email that my package would be shipped out to me. I never received my package. I contact said company a total of three times inquiring about my package and asking for information as to if it had shipped or not and when/if to expect it. I have never received a reply from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to either recieve the product I ordered as it's a product that I need and no other place has this item OR I would like a full refund.
Review: Placed an ordered on-line in July and have never received the merchandise. After several e-mails and phone calls and many excuses the merchandise has never arrived. [redacted] T[redacted] promised to send my order and he never did.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise or a refund. At this point, I would prefer a refund.

Dear Ms. [redacted];
I am writing, as directed in your recent letter of 8/30/13, in regards to above mention complaint.
Scrapbook Needs has refunded my payment.
It should be noted that [redacted] T[redacted] did this only after I pursued the fact that I had not received the merchandise I had purchased at his website and that I told him he would be reported to the Revdex.com. I had originally purchased two scrapbooking templates; he offered to send me three (after approximately a month and a half of waiting during which he gave me excuses as to why I had not received my purchase) because he did not have the ones I ordered in stock. However, he had removed his website from the internet; so, even if I had wanted to substitute three new templates for the ones I had originally wanted, I was unable to do so. This guy is either incompetent or too stupid to run a business.
