How many words do I get? This is the most dysfunctional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I own a fleet of vehicles and have 50 employees in a tree service of a size similar to Scranton Motors. Maintenance, repairs, customers, personnel, communication and acting professional in business is something I'm very familiar with. They took 3 weeks for a minor repair of a vibration on an $80k *** and it still isn’t fixed. Part of the problem was using a third-party warranty called *** which was the only extended warranty this dealership could sell. *** delayed inspecting the vehicle and Scranton was not concerned about that at all. I even gave the dealership an opportunity to give me a trade-in on this vehicle and buy a brand new one but they said they could not do that until repairs were done. End result, LOST SALE. After sending a very thorough email with my dissatisfaction to the owner, Meghan, I did not get any answers from the general manager nor her, BUT the service manager called me and just said “bring a your vehicle back to our dealership”. No thanks as this process started 5 weeks ago. Additionally, 3 months ago, Scranton also took one month took replace a transmission on a used Chevy Tahoe I bought from them less than a year ago. This vehicle was also under warranty. The dealership could improve by communicating not only with the customer better but with themselves I would give them a zero out of five. I was very disappointed to find out that no one would return an email other than the service manager. I had to call and ask a day later if the owner or ANYONE even received my email! Do not use this dealership.

Do not recommend this car dealer to anyone. First of all they have drug addicts as sales people, second the owner of the company Tom S sexually harassed and put his hands on the young employers, third they have a sales manager who doesn't know his job so he belittles his employer under him in front of people . Forth The husband of megan s***, Phil W, is the head of HR so employees dont feel comfortable going to him with concerns regarding the company and even when they do it is swept under the rug. Fith is the worst they scam there customers. Every car on that lot has major issues and they say they fix it when really they dont so the customer will have to come back and pay more money. Sixth, they have a sales women in there who play the race card and calls other employers white racist because of where they live. This by far is the worst car dealer I've ever seen and shouldn't be in business they should be ashamed of them selves . I dont recommend the company to anyone! This place needs the Equal opportunity board and the labor board and God knows who else to straightennout this company if possible. For a high end dealership they sure do have low standards.
