I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the balance owed to me in the amount of $245.33, nor have I received the touch-up paint (NH782MAA-PN).  I would hesitate to consider these matters resolved or this case closed, until these items, at minimum, are received by me.  I have been made many promises by this business about items sent, checks mailed, documents overnighted or otherwise express mailed over the course of my dealings with them since the point of sale on 7/11/2014.  I do take solace in the fact that while I have been extremely unsuccessful getting Acura of Gainesville to communicate with me and take these matters seriously, they have been more professional and business-minded in their approach since this case was opened and Revdex.com became involved.  Nevertheless, I have been disappointed at each and every turn when Acura of Gainesville has neglected to act in accordance with their promises and agreements made to me, and as I am still awaiting these items I cannot and simply will not consider closing this case until they are received.
