The "recorded line" never mentioned a SEPARATE website or alternate phone number for my office to be postedThe " package" listed on the email confirmation NEVER mentioned a SEPARATE website or alternate phone number, eitherIt just stated it would help " boost " my image on google by updating the reviews on lineWhen I discovered the SEPARATE site and number, I immediately contacted SCOUTusThis was in January It was several months AFTER that it finally got removedI had to spend hours on the phone and sending emails,and finally locate the host server for the website SCOUTus put up, get a DMCA request and then and only then, you were forced to change the informationNo one has ever replied to my requests for alternate pictures, images, etc on the " ad" you have about my office on GoogleI want it removed completely! I have lost income from clients who tried to contact me, and thought they had, by emailing on the website that SCOUTus put upMost of those messages, I never recieved!! This just created a bad image and reputation of my clinic for " failure" to respond to an appointment request that I never even knew about! The least SCOUTus could do is reimburse me for the amount I paid in for all the damage to my reputation, loss of potential clients, and information posted, against my request, on a website that I did not authorize.

they understand the terms and service and agreeThe $charge is a one time set up fee and when the client called to cancel she was offered a separate, voluntary program that would improve her online presence which costs $a monthWe do not hang up on any clientThis client has been cancelled and refunded $and we have made certain she will never be called by us again

Dont do it!!! Nightmare to say the least!!
It's a scam to get your $I was not told there was only day refund policy....who does that? Especially when they told me it would take days to get a google postcard in the mail with a pin number...then I was supposed to call back to start enrollmentWhich when I did try to contact them I could not get through, one of the times I spoke with someone they asked me if I was talking about my house listing like I was trying to sell a house....I actually had to ask if this was scout I was calling!! She said someone would call me back as I was asking about my enrollmentmultiple issues arose then in trying to have someone contact me.by that time they have your money and your credit card informationI also found out after the fact its a monthly subscription service! Found out the service (google business listing) they are offering is freeIt is free to advertise your business on googleCurrently In the process of trying to get my money back! If a company cant stand behind a dissatisfied customer why do business with them!! Dont do it!!

This complaint is falseScoutdoes not continually call any consumer once they have requested to have the calls stop or if they press when calling our numberIt is possible the client is confusing us with many other marketing companies that are likely calling themWe have put their number on
our DNC list and will never call a gain

We do not hang up on any client. This client has been cancelled and refunded $199 and we have made certain she will never be called by us again.
