For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The "recorded line" never mentioned a SEPARATE website or alternate phone number for my office to be postedThe " package" listed on the email confirmation NEVER mentioned a SEPARATE website or alternate phone number, eitherIt just stated it would help " boost " my image on google by updating the reviews on lineWhen I discovered the SEPARATE site and number, I immediately contacted SCOUTusThis was in January It was several months AFTER that it finally got removedI had to spend hours on the phone and sending emails,and finally locate the host server for the website SCOUTus put up, get a DMCA request and then and only then, you were forced to change the informationNo one has ever replied to my requests for alternate pictures, images, etc on the " ad" you have about my office on GoogleI want it removed completely! I have lost income from clients who tried to contact me, and thought they had, by emailing on the website that SCOUTus put upMost of those messages, I never recieved!! This just created a bad image and reputation of my clinic for " failure" to respond to an appointment request that I never even knew about! The least SCOUTus could do is reimburse me for the amount I paid in for all the damage to my reputation, loss of potential clients, and information posted, against my request, on a website that I did not authorize.?
