My son was a patient of Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons, LTD and participated in a small out-patient procedure on 06/05/The procedure went well and I was impressed with the surgeon and staffI did however receive a bill for $in June 16' from Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons for the same procedure which took place three years agoOver the course of the last three months I have made numerous attempts to contact SUS, LTD with the phone number supplied on the statementI left at least six to seven messages with their billing department to get some answers as to "why now"...only to be completely ignoredI have yet to receive one call or talk to anyone in the office about the bill; and now I am receiving threatening statements in the mail about how it will be transferred to collections if I don't act immediately

I did however receive a bill for $199.00 in June 16' from Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons for the same procedure which took place three years ago. Over the course of the last three months I have made numerous attempts to contact SUS, LTD with the phone number supplied on the statement. I left at least six to seven messages with their billing department to get some answers as to "why now"...only to be completely ignored. I have yet to receive one call or talk to anyone in the office about the bill; and now I am receiving threatening statements in the mail about how it will be transferred to collections if I don't act immediately.
