for an application that is never put on the grass When you complain they ignore you They stated that nobody
pays their annual bill, so why do they send it out? I will let everyone know what type of business this is I just received another bill
with a threat that they will charge another $if I do not pay the original bill What a great business!

check was mailed on 10/8/13. after further review, I see that it has not clearedi will stop that check and issue a new refund today

the service was received. seems to be a reading comprehension problem. again, not an "annual bill" - it is a prepay letter. stated that most people do not prepay, however, 30%-40% of people do and that is one reason why we send it. another reason we send it is to clearly notify customers that it is a continuous service and we will be returning in the spring. again, we expect the balance to be paid in full

well i'll be darned - all our good customers receive a pre-payment discount but after reviewing your account again, I see that you did notcheck is in the mail!

there is a $administrative cost for cancelling a prepaid service agreement including discounts applied to completed services and, of course, discounts applied on services to be completed are not refunded

It is not a 'yearly bill', it is a prepay letter.  Most people do not prepay and in the letter (and on every piece of paper, invoice, statement, etc.) it clearly states that 'service continues from season to season and for a change in service or to cancel, please call the office'.  We...

cancelled the service after you called and after we did the service - we expect this bill to be paid.
